its been a while since i last wrote here.
this' what keeps me busy whenever im off from work.

The Mimmy's Project! i first introduced this on my FB Page. and it goes something like this:
Miakka's sweet tooth mom turned her passion for baking and cooking into a reality. "Mimmy" - some of you may not klnow this, my daughter, ( who is also my inspiration, and number 1 fan) Miakka, calls me "mimmy" instead of the usual 'mommy', and "Project" - is any collaborative specialty carefully practiced and achieved. hence the name.
I call it a project, kase, well, like any other supermoms out there, we always think of some ways on how to earn more, so we multitask. We utilize our talents, and time to come up into something fruitful for our families. And so i thought, why not, I bake to earn more (than my usual monthly paycheck) and use the extra funds to send my baby into some extra co - classes? like gymboree, ballet or music classes apart from homeschooling her ( yes i teach her the basics at home because she is only 2 yrs old and not yet schooling). In this way, it wont cost me on my household budget and the good thing is, i get to send a happy playful child at a gym.
So Thanked God. I finally discovered my real passion(s) in life, its not just the business minded career woman in me lang pala! its baking, cooking, arts & crafts, and photography din! ang dami pala! all this time, akala ko, i have the passion for food and eating lang..(nye considered passion ba yun?)i actually love to bake rin pala! so without further ado, let me show you my growing pastry creations.
note:beginner palang ang mimmy niyo, pero i promise after stepping into a baking class, my pastries will look great in perfection na!
