Fill your hubby's lunchbox with this very simple recipe.
Ingredients:
1/4kg boneless Salmon Belly cut in cubes washed
1/2 onions chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
5 spoonfuls of mixed veggies (corn, carrots & green peas)
1 spoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup of water
2 teaspoon fish sauce
1. preheat pan for 2-3 minutes, then saute onion and garlic in butter until golden brown.
2. on the pan, pour mixed veggies, water, and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
3. add the salmon, salt, pepper, fish sauce and olive oil. leave for 5 minutes.
4. serve with lime/lemon juice. makes 3 servings.
